OPERATIONS MANAGER:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the candidate should have the following qualifications -

Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or Hospitality Management or higher qualification.

A minimum 5 years managerial experience in a hospital or at a similar institute/company. Have an outgoing charming personality, with the capacity to build a good rapo, handle complaints, coordinate/communicate with medical consultants, medical staff and incoming patients.
