• Good knowledge & hands on experience on measuring instruments like Veriner , Micrometer , profile projector, Hardness tester
• Hand on experience on drawing reading for ectronics parts , Sheet metal , rubber , plastic , assembly.
• Electronic parts handling experience is preferable.
• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work..
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs
• Good Knowledge on the making Quality plan, sampling plan.
• Hand on experience on G8D process.
• Good knowledge on Calibration process & dealing with NABL agency for calibration & repair of the instruments.
• Hands on experience in maintaining the Documentation as per ISO/TS 16949 requirement.
