Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Khed. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the work of employees, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and creating and maintaining a positive work environment. The supervisor will also be responsible for resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns as necessary.

Qualifications
• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Able to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
