Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations for their extensive facilities in Montreal, Quebec, CA . This critical on-site role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained across all properties. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, developing efficient cleaning schedules, procuring and managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional cleaning services, supervisory experience, and a thorough understanding of best practices in industrial and commercial sanitation. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning and janitorial staff. Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring proper stock levels. Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures.
