As a Tactical Security Guard, you will maintain a strong security presence at retail centers, shopping malls and other high-traffic sites. You will respond to incidents, conduct proactive patrols, enforce site policies, and assist with emergency situations using strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• Enforce access control and site policies
• Complete accurate incident reports
• Work alongside site management, emergency responders, and law enforcement when required
• Deliver professional customer service while maintaining safety and security
• Build positive rapport with the public through proactive and professional engagement

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• Experience in tactical, mall, retail, healthcare, or high-profile security is an asset
• Strong communication, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain professional and decisive under pressure
• Individuals who take initiative, maintain a visible presence, and confidently engage with the public in a professional manner.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset
