Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced restaurant manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff. Duties
• As a manager you will be overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and restaurant management practices.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.

Skills
