Duties
• As a manager you will be overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and restaurant management practices.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.
Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Experience in the food industry, including food preparation and bartending.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant management practices is preferred.
