Job Description
• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Takeout and General Help staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
• *Duties:**

- Take orders over the phone and in person for takeout

- Assist with packaging and organizing takeout orders

-Run food into the dining room

-Make and prepare food for the dining room

- Provide general support to the restaurant staff as needed

- Maintain cleanliness of the takeout area and dining room

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
• *Skills:**

- Proficient in phone etiquette for order taking

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members

- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing

- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
