Provide outstanding service at 360 Restaurant, enhancing the dining experience for guests. As part of the waitstaff, you'll serve food and beverages while adhering to high standards of service.
This role requires creating a warm atmosphere for diners while working closely with experienced 360 Captains. You will ensure your section is ready for service and communicate effectively about guest needs. Knowledge of menu items and adherence to company policies are crucial for success in this fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional bread, condiments, and water service
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of your assigned section
• Manage side stands for proper stock levels
• Collaborate with the kitchen for prompt food delivery
• Support the Captain to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• One to three years of fine dining experience
• Smart Serve certification needed
• Preferred knowledge of food and beverages
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical setting
