Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Management. Ranks of chefs: Executive chef. Sushi chef. Tasks: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Evaluate daily operations .
