Job Description
• Responsibilities
• Installation work and Team management-
• Study the electrical drawings in advance.
• Coordinate with the Installation engineer to initiate the electrical wiring after the mechanical installation
• Coordinate and guide the contractor workforce to install cable trays, lay and cut cables, install field equipment as per layout, etc.
• Terminate cables in panel and field equipment as per electrical drawings
• Perform I/O testing at the site as per the process shared by the Automation team
• Support the Automation team during the commissioning phase
• Ensure correct ferrule, tagging, and labelling as per electrical drawing
• Provide electrical training to the customer s maintenance team
• Gain technical expertise to ensure First Time Right (FTR) installation
• Installation Contractor Management-
• Contribute to the electrical execution plan
• Identify trained man force from the contractor s team for wiring
• Train contractor s workforce for independent electrical installation.
