Job Description
Apt Resources is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Waiter/Waitress at an upmarket casual dining restaurant. This vibrant establishment is known for its exceptional service, inviting atmosphere, and a menu that showcases innovative dishes made from high-quality ingredients.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will greet customers, take their orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their visit. Your role is critical in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests promptly upon arrival
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system
• Serve orders promptly and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, utensils, and glassware
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining environment, preferably in an upmarket setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and pairing options
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
