The employer applies via MOL portal, requiring medical exam and police clearance. Process completes in 2-4 weeks with employer covering all fees.

Plumbers must be at least 18 years old, have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, and hold a vocational certificate or diploma in plumbing. A medical fitness certificate from an approved clinic is mandatory. No high school diploma required if skills are verified by employer.

Required documents include passport copy valid 6+ months, 6 passport photos, attested vocational certificate, experience letters, police clearance, and medical report.
