Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive / Secretary to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing F&B business.
This role works directly with the management and plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across operations, staff, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and reminders for management
• Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and internal coordination
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external partners
• Assist with HR-related admin (staff records, simple documentation, onboarding support)
• Support basic accounting/admin tasks (invoices, tracking, filing)
• Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained
• Follow up on tasks to ensure nothing is missed or delayed

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive mindset — able to anticipate needs and take initiative
• Reliable and trustworthy with confidential information
• Comfortable working closely with business owner and team
• Prior admin / secretary / operations experience preferred
Bonus If You Have
• Experience in F&B or retail operations
• Familiarity with HR/admin processes in Singapore
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
