- Oversee the pet area, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming experience for customers with pets

- Develop and implement pet-themed package deals and promotions

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through prompt feedback resolution and issue handling

- Drive sales growth through effective upselling, promotions, and marketing initiatives

- Manage inventory and stock levels to optimize profitability and minimize waste

- Oversee overall restaurant service, including ordering, serving, and customer satisfaction
