Zero prior experience is needed for entry-level roles, with 1 month of on-the-job training standard. Some states mandate 8-16 hours of pre-employment classroom training.
Q What documents are required to apply for security guard jobs in the US?
As per the U.S. Department of Labor, required documents include a Social Security card, government-issued photo ID, resume highlighting any customer service experience, and proof of high school diploma.
