Responsibilities
• Assemble kits by following detailed instructions and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to pack products efficiently.
• Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility as needed.
• Verify that packaging meets FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards for quality assurance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations to promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality checks on packed kits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed kits.

Qualifications
• Previous warehouse experience or manufacturing background preferred, with a strong understanding of assembly processes.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with packaging procedures within regulated environments such as FDA-regulated facilities.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is advantageous but not required.
• Knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, and quality assurance practices relevant to manufacturing environments.
