Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber who can independently lead plumbing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong technical plumbing experience along with leadership abilities to coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of supervising field operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead residential and/or commercial plumbing projects
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing schematics
• Plan material needs and communicate project timelines
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers
• Maintain accurate job documentation and daily progress reports
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers

Qualifications
• 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead projects and crews independently
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and code requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various jobsite conditions

Preferred Skills
• Experience with commercial TI, new construction, or multi-family projects
• Strong scheduling and organizational abilities
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and manage jobsite workflow
