• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and light commercial clients.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain Baethke Plumbing's reputation for quality and reliability.

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Credentials: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record and appropriate plumbing certifications/licenses.
