Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with experience in both residential and commercial projects. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The Plumber will work on various construction sites and must be able to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading and welding as required for specific projects.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues for clients.
• Ensure all work is completed according to local building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong understanding of pipe threading techniques and plumbing installation methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with plumbing work.
