This is an immediate opening starting January 31, 2026, offering $24/hour plus tips. Our guests expect precision, creativity, and artistry in every dish and our team delivers exactly that.Your Role:As our Sushi Bar Chef, you'll be responsible for:Preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and sashimi for our guestsMaintaining impeccable food safety and sanitation standardsWorking efficiently during peak service times while maintaining quality and consistencyCollaborating with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operationsContributing creative ideas to our menu and specialsTraining and supporting junior kitchen staff when neededWhat We're Looking For:You bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on sushi bar experience in high-volume restaurants. You're detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about Japanese cuisine.
