Job Description
We’re hiring General Managers and Managers across our Houston locations who know how to run a full experience not just a shift. This is where great food meets high-energy nightlife. You’ll lead the floor, drive the party, and turn a busy night into a packed, profitable one.

If you know how to balance hospitality, alcohol sales, and atmosphere, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable while keeping morale high and energy even higher
• Create the vibe set the tone on the floor and keep the party going all night
• Deliver a standout guest experience that blends great food, drinks, and nightlife energy
• Drive alcohol sales through upselling, promotions, and a strong floor presence
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and profitability
• Execute events, promotions, and themed nights that bring people in and keep them spending
• Build a culture where staff want to perform and guests want to come back

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in restaurant, bar, or nightclub management
• Strong leadership with the ability to command a high-energy room
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night environment (open until 2AM)
• Experience driving bar revenue, nightlife promotions, and guest engagement
• Sharp communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, quick-thinking, and able to handle pressure without slowing down
• Passion for hospitality, team building, and creating a fun, profitable environment
