Job Description
Preferably Grade 12 (Matric) qualification

Valid Drivers License (Code 08)

Ensuring starting times are known and adhered to

Maintaining company image, in terms of appearance, attitude and interaction with staff, customers and suppliers, as key priority

Company uniform and all safety wear, including reflective jacket to be worn at all times.

Keeping Workshop area, parts area & offices clean at all times

Assisting admin staff with general admin work

Packing incoming parts away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.

Keeping records of incoming and outgoing parts.

Picking orders as requested by workshop.

Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm.

Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to workshop area.

Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
