Summary Of Responsibilities

BEVERAGE PACKING
• Ensure all Beverage Packing specifications are followed, and all bar sheets are recorded accurately and kept for 12 months.
• Ensure that all shipments received is checked in and reported on the relevant airline systems.
• Work closely with clearing agents to ensure effective running of the bonded warehouse.
• Ensure that the Bond Store is SARS Customs ready and SARS compliant at all time.

EQUIPMENT
• Ensure that the daily Box times are met as per the required box times.
• Ensure that all equipment and linen is packed as per GLP’s including dead head’s.
• Responsible for the movement of all airline equipment to correct allocations and stored in the designated areas as per the department specification.
• Ensure that equipment carts is packed according to clients Equipment loading plan (ELP) and issued to subordinates daily.
• Ensure that the correct GLP’s are placed securely on the carts.
• Check and sign the GLP’s.
• Take pictures of the GLP’s for record purposes.
• Ensure that the kitting process’s are followed.

DISHROOM
• Ensure that all machines are cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Check that all trolleys are washed and stored correctly in holding area.
• Ensure that Halaal, Kosher and general equipment are washed separately as per their requirements.

GENERAL
• Ensure the accurate capturing of stock figures and any other delivery notes and information.
• Ensure that flight configurations are received from dispatch.
• Ensure that stock takes are carried out according to date specified as well as according to internal specifications.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Any other reasonable task that may be required by Top Management.

Qualifications
• Grade 12
• B Degree Diploma in SCM, Logistics or Management
• Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
• Drivers License and own Vehicle.
