RESTAURANT MANAGER

KEY FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessing and improving profitability by making improvement to the running of the business and developing the Restaurant

Development of new competitive strategies in promoting and marketing the business based on market & competitor analysis

Overseeing stock levels by daily monitoring the consumption levels of both finished Goods & Raw material consumption levels

Directly involving in problem solving & handling customer enquiries or complaints

Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines on the Shop while coordinating with the Cleaning Team

Managing, training & developing all shop employees while identifying their Strength and weaknesses to provide guidance on Systems, Procedures & industry best practices
