As a Relationship Manager in retail branch banking, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with retail banking customers. Your primary objective will be to understand the financial needs and goals of customers and provide them with tailored solutions and services to meet their requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through various banking products and services, such as savings accounts, current account, investments, and insurance.

Responsibilities

1. A Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the HNI customers and ensuring value added services.

2. Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.

3. Responsible for deepening the existing relationships by cross selling of Bank's products.
