• Recognized Degree or equivalent qualification in the Academic field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience as a Manager or similar role Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practice Should be performance-driven
• Excellent organizational skills, Leadership and interpersonal people management skills
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and be independent Excellent command in English and strong interpersonal skills
