POST OF ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We are looking for young & energetic individual to join our company as account assistant to coordinate our sales team.
Qualifications

AAT part qualified with minimum 1 year experience in the field.

Good computer skills and knowledge in accounting software & excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills both verbal and written.

Deadline oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
• Entering sales invoices, credit notes & cash receipts to QB system.
• ܀

Handling payment vouchers, receipts & journal entries.

Preparing age analysis reports.
• Preparing commission report, performance report & stock report.
