Handling email and phone inquiries.
General Ad-Hoc Office work
Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
Taking minutes in staff meetings.
Inputting of Sales Orders, creating Delivery Notes & Invoicing of same
Making appointments with new Sales Leads for Sales Team
Providing Admin Support & assisting colleagues whenever possible in all lines of Admin / Marketing / Sales Work.

Plus all other duties necessary for you to carry out the roles -

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 39 per week

Experience:
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
