The Abbey Court is an Independent Irish owned Hotel in the historic town of Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Due to the amazing revamp and exciting projects ongoing in the hotel the Abbey Court is seeking to hire Breakfast Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast according to hotel standard; monitoring food and waste control; Responsible for food hygiene. Must be HACCP trained.

Prepare and present breakfast according to hotel standard.

Compliance to company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene and food hygiene.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service, including timely preparation and delivery.

Monitor inventory levels of breakfast ingredients and supplies, in conjunction with the Head Chef
