Aqua-Trans International now seeks to hire a Road Freight Coordinator. The main purpose of this job is to meet customers’ requirements for the safe and efficient transport of their cargo from A to B effectively, in accordance with company quality procedures and statutory requirements.

As a Road Freight Coordinator, some of your duties & responsibilities will include:
• Taking and processing bookings according to company procedures
• Dealing with customers and subcontractors on the phone and email
• Liaising with overseas partners
• Organising transport adhering to the customers’ requirements
• Route planning and carrier procurement
• Communications with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Transport Planning

The Successful Candidate:
• Minimum of 1 years previous experience in Transport & Shipping is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
• Excellent problem solving, planning & organisational skills.
