Accounts Payable Administrator
• Processing of high-volume multi-currency purchase invoices across many supplier accounts. • Resolving all invoice queries timely by liaising with internal teams and suppliers. • Proof of Delivery review and scanning, ensuring all required are followed up and issued to customers. • Supplier end of month statement reconciliation preparation. • Recording of supplier payments and issuing of remittances. • General accounts administration support as required. • Full training specific to our business processes will be provided. Candidate Requirements: • Prior experience in a similar role is required • Organised Individual with a high level of attention to detail • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is favourable • Excel experience an advantage • Flexible approach to workflow as led by Accounts Manager Job Type: Full Time Role, Onsite
