Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vision sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Description of the role:
• Will be responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers within territory
• Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
• Will be responsible for distributor reviews
• Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel
Candidate Requirements
• Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales
• Excellent Communication skills
• Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumer products industry
• Strong channel & distribution management skills
Essential Knowledge and Skills
• The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.
