Job Description
Join Kitchen Guard of Chicago as a Night Shift Cleaning Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our commercial kitchen facilities. Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces during night shifts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management. Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld. Assist in deep cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in commercial settings. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques. Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
