Job Title: Picker and Packer

Job Description

This role involves working at a designated packing station to accurately place products into bags and apply the correct labels, ensuring each order is prepared with speed, precision, and consistent quality. This shift is from 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities
• Stand at a designated packing station and efficiently pick products for individual orders.
• Place products carefully into plastic bags, ensuring items are packaged securely and neatly.
• Apply accurate labels to each bag, following established procedures and order specifications.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the correct items and quantities are packed for every order.
• Work at a consistent and fast pace while maintaining quality assurance standards.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects or errors before sealing and labeling.
• Follow all packing and picking guidelines to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of obstructions to support safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
