Responsibilities
• Carefully sort and pack products according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.
• Utilize data collection tools and techniques to document inspection results, discrepancies, and process deviations for quality assurance purposes.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
• Support quality audits by preparing documentation and participating in review processes to uphold certification requirements.
• Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of manufactured parts.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Skills
• Strong understanding of quality systems including QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and manufacturing best practices.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
• Experience working with Calypso software or similar manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including FDA regulations, ISO 13485 (medical devices), HACCP (food safety), CGMP (current good manufacturing practices), and ISO 9001 standards.
• Excellent analysis skills for identifying deviations through data collection and inspection results.
• Ability to perform detailed quality inspections using tools like micrometers and coordinate measuring machines accurately.
