Responsibilities

Responsible for checking and packing of food and goods according to DO & CO and airline specifications.

Ensures correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly in a timely manner.

Packs and checks aircraft galley equipment to ensure all are adhering to airline guidelines.

Assists in setting up trays, preparing and packaging food.

Conducts physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.

Reports problems with the food safety management system to the supervisor and the hygiene and food safety team and complies.

Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook

Assists with airside operations under the direction of the flight coordinator and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

Able to manage through a substantial workload

Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment

Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines

Ability to calculate math

Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.

Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
