Job Description
A leading design and fabrication company is seeking a MIG Welder to perform high-quality structural welding according to project specifications and AWS standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled trades professional with experience in multiple welding processes and materials. Working under minimal supervision, the Welder will ensure structural integrity, quality compliance, and production efficiency.

Salary: $24-26/hr
Location: Magnolia, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Evening 2:00pm–10:30pm

Responsibilities
• Perform welding using FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes
• Operate hand welding and semi-automatic equipment in hot, cold, humid, and dusty environments
• Weld fabricated components according to proper procedures, work instructions, and AWS specifications
• Perform aluminum (GMAW & GTAW), carbon steel (GMAW & GTAW), and stainless steel (GMAW & GTAW) welding as required
• Inspect own welds and correct inconsistencies as needed
• Stamp all completed work per company procedures
• Maintain welding equipment in safe and proper operating condition
• Swap and maintain consumables and components on welding equipment
• Clean welded parts using grinders and air tools
• Ensure all parts are properly labeled before inspection
• Maintain accurate records of times, dates, quantities, and job information
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements
• Experience in structural welding (platforms, skids, pipe, angle handrail, etc.)
• Familiarity with pipe welding is a plus
• Knowledge of cutting torches, grinders, and drills
• Ability to pass required welding certification tests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Welding tests will be required
• Welding Type: 3G & 1G - FCAW & SMAW (MIG)
• Welders - 3G & 1G Welding Test (3-4hrs)
